All You Need to Know About Shaft Mounted Wheel Brush

Which filament material to choose is determined by the workpiece’s base material and your surface finishing requirements. Stainless steel brushes, for example, are frequently used with aluminium, stainless steel, and other non-ferrous metals to prevent “after-rust” from forming on the surface of the workpiece. For polishing chrome parts, wheel brushes with Tampico filaments are a good choice.

Light cleaning, polishing, deburring, and surface finishing are all possible with nylon wheels. Most solvents are resistant to these wheel brushes, and they have a long fatigue life. For surface finishing and deburring various base metals, abrasive nylon wheel brushes are a great alternative to steel filament brushes. As a result, nylon abrasive wheels are available in a variety of abrasive types and grit sizes.
